An accomplished attorney and a talented artist
A lifelong resident of South Louisiana, Chris Riviere has spent his entire life hunting and fishing in the scenic woods and waterways of the state. In the 1970s, he found an additional outlet to express his appreciation for nature’s bounty via striking watercolor paintings.
His subject matter focuses on eye-catching scenes most treasured by local sportsmen, including big game sightings, waterfowl in flight, and fishing scenes, inspired by his trips across Louisiana as well as travels to Canada, Argentina, the Bahamas, the Florida Keys and Mexico.
