Evan M. Zizzi

Evan hails from West Monroe in North Louisiana. After graduating from West Monroe High School in 2017, he went on to participate in the 3+3 Pre-Law Program at Louisiana State University where he also studied Political Science. After graduating from LSU, Evan attended Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center where he graduated with a Juris Doctor and a Degree in Comparative Law at the age of 23. In his last year of law school, Evan earned a position on the law school’s Board of Advocates, received an award for Outstanding Oral Advocate, and represented real clients in the law school’s Parole and Re-entry Clinic.

Throughout Evan’s high school, undergraduate, and legal studies, he developed a deep passion for advocacy and litigation. Evan has courtroom experience in personal injury law, commercial law, insurance claims, contract disputes, and property disputes. In addition to his regular practice, Evan continues to pursue pro bono opportunities for those needing someone in their corner with recent success in obtaining a 5-0 unanimous vote from the Louisiana Parole Board in favor of recommending clemency for his client, which was signed by Governor Edwards in 2023, granting freedom to the oldest inmate at Louisiana State Penitentiary, after serving over forty (40) years of a life sentence.

Evan now lives in Thibodaux, Louisiana where he enjoys spending time with loved ones, working in the yard, and playing music in his band, Zizzi, at venues across Louisiana.
