Michelle E. Riviere

Michelle joined the firm in January 2024. Prior to joining, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Marilyn C. Castle at the 15th Judicial District Court of Louisiana, then went on to practice construction litigation in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has handled matters relating to land disputes, commercial and residential construction defects, bad faith claims, the Private Works Act, and the Public Works Act.  Michelle also has experience in several other practice areas of commercial litigation and mediation, such as insurance, agriculture, successions, and general business matters.

Michelle received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2022. Prior to law school, she graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Mississippi in 2019.
